FindStackAI publishes tool listings, comparisons, category guides, and editorial articles to help users discover and evaluate AI software. This policy defines the standards we apply to that content.
Content standards
All published content must be accurate to the best of our knowledge, clearly written, and useful to readers making software decisions. We prioritize:
- Factual claims supported by verifiable sources
- Balanced presentation of strengths and limitations
- Plain language that explains technical concepts accessibly
- Consistent structure across tool and comparison pages
- Transparent distinction between editorial content and advertising
We do not publish content designed primarily to manipulate search rankings, misrepresent product capabilities, or conceal material limitations.
Fact checking
Before publication, editors verify key facts against primary sources: official product websites, documentation, pricing pages, and public announcements. Secondary sources (reviews, forums, news coverage) may inform context but do not replace primary verification for pricing, feature availability, or plan limits.
When a claim cannot be verified — for example, undisclosed enterprise pricing — we state that explicitly rather than guessing.
Review process
New and updated content follows an internal review workflow:
- Research and draft using our structured data templates
- Editorial review for accuracy, balance, and clarity
- Technical check for broken links, schema, and metadata
- Publication and inclusion in the site index

Correction policy
We correct factual errors promptly when identified — whether by our team, readers, or vendors. Corrections may include updated pricing, revised feature lists, clarified limitations, or removed inaccurate claims.
To report an error, email us via our Contact page with the page URL, the incorrect information, and a source if available. We aim to acknowledge correction requests within a few business days.
We do not silently rewrite content to favor affiliate partners or vendors. Material corrections are applied regardless of commercial relationships.
Update policy
AI products change frequently. We update listings when we detect material changes to pricing, features, availability, or positioning. Priority goes to high-traffic pages, featured tools, and reader-reported issues.
Not every page is refreshed on a fixed schedule. Older pages may contain outdated details until reviewed. Readers should confirm critical details on the official vendor website before purchasing.
Conflict of interest policy
FindStackAI participates in affiliate programs with some listed tools. Affiliate commissions help fund site operations but do not influence editorial ratings, comparison conclusions, or category rankings.
Editors do not accept payment from vendors in exchange for favorable coverage, higher placement, or inflated ratings. Vendor-provided information is treated as one input and verified independently.
If a team member has a direct financial interest in a listed product, that person does not author or approve content about that product. Sponsored content, if published in the future, will be clearly labeled and kept separate from editorial listings.
